Gaia grew up in Italy. Both her family and the gymnastic practice she was committed to for many years taught her discipline and a strong sense of being grounded. However, when she moved to New York first and Los Angeles after, the world as she used to know was shaken.
Gaia finally stepped into her mat to overcome the physical, emotional, and spiritual issues that she developed because of stress, anxiety, and the toxic relationship she was in at the time. She was immediately hooked. She was amazed by the healing transformation that yoga brought to her body at first and to every aspect of her life afterwards.
Through yoga, she started a wonderful journey that connected her to her true essence which she summarizes with her own mantra “be grateful, be faithful”.
Eager to learn more about yoga, she completed the 200-hour teacher training and immediately trained for the 300-hour level 1 yoga therapist training.
Gaia's teaching is heart-centered, and love and compassion are the foundation of her methods. Her true purpose is to facilitate others in finding their sacred and safe space where to find balance within their mind, body, and spirit.
