He specializes in weight loss, nutritional guidance, strength and conditioning and youth basketball training.
He earned his NPIT personal training certification in 2011, and played high school, college and professional overseas basketball.
In his personal time he enjoys working out, riding his bike, hiking, playing basketball, and cooking.
